Can I bypass EasyBrick's protection?
EasyBrick uses DNS-level blocking, making it extremely difficult to bypass. With permanent lock enabled, you cannot remove protection without your controller's approval. This is by design.
How do I add family members?
Go to the Controller Dashboard, generate your sharing code, and share it with family members. They enter the code in their app to link their account to yours. You can then set daily limits and assign tasks.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We encrypt all data in transit and at rest, never sell your data, and don't log the specific sites you visit. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer full refunds within 7 days of your initial purchase. Email support@easybrick.app with your account email and we'll process it within 48 hours.
Does EasyBrick work on all browsers?
DNS-level protection works system-wide, covering all browsers and apps. The Chrome extension provides an additional layer for Chromium-based browsers. The web dashboard works on any modern browser.
